The pillowcase was a beach towel and I got a rash. Booked last minute for two nights but only stayed one, shelled out for a hotel the second night because the first was so bad.

I stayed five nights here as a solo traveler. The hotel is very close to Sinchon station and some great street food. Quiet. WiFi worked nicely. Good value for my stay

Men’s bathroom was dirty

It was more than my expectation. Very close to the subway and bus station. Near to the Indian Restaurant too. Very good place with low budget. People working there are very cooperative. If I will go Seoul in future, i will try to stay there again. Unlimited self service coffee and breakfast but breakfast is not for muslims. You will get free self service laundry and cooking facilities. Rooms are very good with Television and Refrigerator facilities inside the room.

the bathroom and toilets are in the same space. the bathroom needs to be renovated.

The staff were so helpful and I loved that they had rice and kimchi for the guests to have. The host was very nice and helpful and the rooms were so cozy. Definitely much better than I had expected.

The ahjussi (owner) is very helpful. He always asked me if I have eat. Rice and kimchi is provided, so i can save some money for food from it. The kimchi is super delicious!! Toilet is been cleaned regularly. So there is no dirt or smell when i used the toilet. Ahjussi takes cleanliness as his top priority. I also can use the washing machine for free.

The room does not have heater. I was freezing cold during the stay (early spring). However, you can buy hotpacks from the nearest convenient store.

My Stay was very good. The Location is central, the Room was clean and cozy. There's Rice and Kimchi, so delicious! The Owner is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!

Nice value hotel, with kitchen where you can cook. With hot shower and fast wifi. With TV and cable and personal refrigerator. The room is good for solo travelers like me. 5-minute walk from Sinchon station.

The hotel is kinda hard to find because not everyone in the neighborhood knows it. I hope there would be a banner outside on the down alley. so everyone could see it. The towels given aren't squeaky clean but good enough and not that big.

The staff is amazing and it is clean and quiet.

I guess I was expecting more like an European breakfast, hehe :) There were just rice and instant noodles

I really enjoyed my stay at IsakLivingtel. It was my very first time to stay at such a property and have no regrets. The owner was very lovely and helpful always. There is a small kitchen where you can cook, if you wish or you can just make ramen noodles provided by the property. You also can wash your clothes which is a huge bonus when you travel for some time. The location is perfect. It's only 4 mins from metro station and 4 mins from airport bus stop. There is also a small shop nearby so you can pop over if you need something. As for the hill, it's not as bad as people describe. Some said it's too steep, etc., but in reality it's not so bad at all. Also regarding owner's English, let's be human and don't complain about people not speaking English. It's ignorant mainly when you're in a country where native language is not English. They can complain about us being in their country and not talking their language. I had no problem with communication. The owner was really good at understanding English and he said what he needed to in a way I understood. If there was anything more difficult to communicate I would either e-mail them (they're very good with responding) or I would use application, which came handy few time on my travels in Asia. We live in 21st century, there are many ways how to communicate even if we don't speak the same language. Another thing I loved about this property was that the room was so nice and warm. It was a pleasure to come back from walking and sightseeings on freezing days to a warm room.

리빙텔하면 생각하시는 그런 방입니다. 주인 아저씨가 인심이 넉넉하시고 친절하신게 장점입니다. 해결 가능한 일은 빨리 해결해주세요. 밖에서 대부분을 보내고 잠만 잘거면 단기간 지내기 좋아요. 최고급 숙소가 아닌만큼 까다로우신 분들은 추천하지 않습니다.

화장실과 샤워가 불편했습니다. 샤워하는 동안 옷이나 수건을 젖지 않게 둘곳이 없더라구요. 다른 사람이 씻는 중에는 세면대를 이용 할 수 없는게 아쉽습니다.

숙서는 개인실이어서 좋았습니다. 다만, 욕실과 화장실은 공사중이라고 하셨는데 그래도 위생적으로 깨끗하지 못한 점이 아쉬웠습니다.(2019.5월시점)

사장님 진짜 좋은 사람이에요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 많이 도와 주시고 오늘 배가 너무 아파서 좀 늘게 나가도 돼용ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 여기도 너무 편하고 진짜 한국 생활이 했습니다! 이사 고시원 좋네요!!!!

급하게 숙소를 잡고 체크인을 했는데 사장님께서 매우 친절하셨고 세심하게 신경도 써주셨어요! 난방도 잘되서 잠도 편안하고 따뜻하게 잘잤구 수건이랑 휴지 샴푸 린스 바디워시 헤어드라이기도 있었습니다. 방에 TV랑 냉장고도 있어서 더 좋았습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 주말인데도 시끄럽게 떠드는 분들이 없었어요- 다음에 또 서울에 가게된다면 꼭 다시 찾고싶은 곳 입니다.
